  5. Hi, Im a muslim but really love the wonton soup. How could I to modify this soup
    because my religion we are not alowed to eat pork. If you dont my if you can help me
    to modify this soup. thank u and really appreciated it.

    If you do not eat pork, I recommend swapping out the pork bones and ham with chicken. You can try using 1 large chicken (about 2.5 lbs) with this soup recipe. You can also try increasing the amount of dried stockfish, since the ham will be omitted in your version of this soup.

    I have always made my wonton soup with pork bones and Virginia ham, but I hope this proportion of chicken replacement will work out for you. Please feel free to report back and let us know how it all turned out.
